Wildlife Friendly Towpath.
I love the way the towpath vegetation has been left unmown, apart from Narrowboat moorings near the Locks. The Trent & Mersey Canal is to the left of the path and the Wheelock Rail Trail runs behind the hedge on the right. This particular stretch is probably wide enough for two bikes to pass each other; normally! But not today; even though the path looks wide enough to hold a picnic. #dontgetmestarted Summers afternoon in the Cheshire Countryside 26/06/2017
