free texture. You might need to change the hue and saturation. You get it round by making a custom shape circle on a top layer and then marquee/select all/ distort the bottom layer and drag it to fit. For a perfect circle, square ,marquee crop etc hold down shift and drag in photoshop or elements, it might work for other progs.
