Wide Gamut Parrot
Another image in ProPhoto RGB color space, this time greens extending far beyond sRGB gamut. The important bit is keeping saturation unchanged when converting from RAW i.e. relying on default camera gamma curves applicable to your specific sensor. White balance and EV can still be adjusted though. This method is not perfect (camera curves differ slightly in different RAW converters) but should generally provide a realistic summary of clipped colors and let you pick the best output color space for most natural reproduction.
