Interestingly. I was always wondering why my 80-200 is kind of shabby on the D7100. But later on i found out that this lens was actually back-focus quite a bit when using with this camera. (Yep, just happened on the D7100, it works fine on D800E though, strange) After fine-tunning the focus, it works like a charm ;-)
