A Kenyan medical officer takes a woman's blood pressure at a free medical clinic provided by the Kenyan Contingent serving with the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) in the southern Somali port city of Kismayo, 19 August 2013. Open 7 days a week and seeing an average of 80 patients a day from Kismayo and surrounding villages, AMISOM medical staff provide the free health care to Kismayo's civilians, treating a variety of cases including malaria, respiratry tract infections, sexually transmitted infections and occassionally gunshot wounds.
