Hyrax

Hyrax or rock dassie, lat. Procavia capensis. Sociable animal, lives in colonies up to 60 individuals, occupying mountains and rocky outcrops. It feeds on vegetation. Belongs to ungulates (hoofed animals), and it's related to elephants. Length 60 cm, weight up to 5.5 kg.
