Jayona vegetable hole II

Mine The Jayona is an old iron mine located in the mountains of the same name, in the town of Fuente del Arco, province of Badajoz (Spain), declared a natural monument in the Official Journal of Extremadura of September 30, 1997. The origin of the mine began with the arrival of the Romans and has been in operation in stages until its closure in 1921.
