Lister Building, 1923-present

The new Lister building was completed and opened before the end of the year. The new building had a terra cotta lower façade, copper spandrels and a unique “L” shaped two storey arcade. The building was designated in 1996 under the Ontario Heritage Act. Recent major renovations have restored the building to its former glory and it is currently the home of offices of the City of Hamilton. 030-32022191132337
