Upper part of skyscraper in Moscow - Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Building is one of seven Stalinist skyscrapers laid down in September, 1947 and completed in 1952, designed by Dmitry Chechylin (then Chief Architect of Moscow) and Andrei Rostkovsky.
