Blue Apotheosis
Statue of King Louis IX of France located in front of the Saint Louis Art Museum at Forest Park. This was made during what turned out to be a rare occurrence in 2012......a rain storm. Technically this is not a true "Blue Hour" photograph because it was made later in the evening. The blue color is a result from the lightning reflecting off the storm clouds.
