Little white guest

This sweet baby has been visiting my balcony every morning for the past few days now, cooing for attention... She/he seems quite sickly and lost. I can get close without it moving, but not touch it. I think it might be someone's escaped pet, as it's quite friendly and clean for a city bird. Been feeding it some grain, not sure what else I can do.
