Irony of History - the cruiser which has announced revolution, the grave-digger of Russian empire and the Imperial surname, is solemnly floated on May, 11th (24), 1900 on a personal command of Emperor All-Russia Nikolay Vtorogo, at presence of two empresses (a widow and wives of tsar) and numerous members of the Imperial surname.
