Upper Arlington Baseball Team with Batboys, Mascots, and Water Carriers, 1918

This photograph accompanied an article titled Baseball History which summarized the 1918 baseball season of the Upper Arlington team. Baseball games were held at the Upper Arlington Ball Park on Thompson Field, which was located north of King Avenue, east of Bedford Road, and south of Tremont Road. Games were played during the summer with practices held on Tuesday evenings and games played on Saturday afternoons. Several people are named in the photograph. Top Row: George S.
