Interior of the central dome of the Hungarian Parliament building in Budapest. The immense piece of neo-Gothic architecture was build between 1884 and 1904 by the architect Imre Steindl. Interior of the building is decorated in real gold above hand reach. Underneath this dome the most prized Hungarian exhibit lies: the crown of the canonized King Stephen (Istvan), the symbol of independent Hungary
